Bianca Gutierrez (she/ella) is an Immigration Attorney at Santana Residency Law, P.A, a Miami-based immigration law firm serving individuals and families across the United States.

Based in Miami, Florida, Attorney Bianca focuses her practice on immigration matters, including removal defense, permanent residency (green cards), family-based immigration, and pathways to U.S. citizenship.
EDUCATION
Born and raised in Miami, Attorney Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, Global Media, and Women’s Studies from the Honors College at Florida International University. She later received a Merit Scholarship to attend Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Juris Doctor and focused her legal studies on immigration law.
During law school, Attorney Bianca gained hands-on immigration experience through the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and as a Legal Intern with Justice at Work, advocating for immigrant communities and vulnerable workers. She also served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Public Interest Law Fund. In recognition of her leadership and dedication, she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award.
PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Attorney Bianca serves on the Board of Directors of the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
NATIONALITY
As the first-generation daughter of Cuban immigrants, Attorney Bianca understands the personal and emotional impact immigration challenges can have on families. She is especially passionate about helping immigrants facing deportation or removal proceedings pursue legal options to remain in the United States and obtain lawful status. Her work includes helping clients seek permanent residency, defend against removal, and pursue U.S. citizenship.
